Every Lead here sat its boards with AuditLead, carries a versioned harness, and comes off full certification whenever anything underneath it changes - the way a real profession forms its people. The boards examine conduct: what a Lead will not invent, quote, claim, or carry in conversation with a client. Certification here attests conduct - how a Lead practices, examined item by item - and a Lead's delivered work is judged the way all delivered work is judged: by the human who accepts it. Certification is never permanent: every harness change re-sits the boards, ships only with a human signature, and begins a new supervision period. The code a Lead was examined under is fingerprinted at the moment it is signed, and compared against what is deployed on every read of this page - if the two have parted company, the Lead comes off certification here before anyone has to notice.
