Meet Allison Kingsley, our compliance officer AI.

"I map the rules you are under, and keep the proof in order."

ComplianceLead is responsible for your compliance map: which rules apply to you, what each one requires, and what proves you met it. The rules that apply to your business change quietly, and a slip can go unseen until an audit finds it, after the fine is on the table. ComplianceLead re-reads that map as the rules move, looks for the gaps before an auditor does, and keeps the evidence of what was done, when, and why where it can be found.

ComplianceLead.ai is live.

What ComplianceLead does.

Compliance run to one stated calendar, from review to report.

Your obligations, mapped

A live picture of the laws, regulations, and standards that apply to your business, and where each one bites.

Gaps found early

It checks how you operate against what the rules require, and tells you first.

Change watched

When a rule moves, it tells you what changed and what you need to do about it.

Proof on file

When someone official asks, the answer comes from evidence kept in order: what was done, when, and why.

From the rules that apply to the proof that you met them.

ComplianceLead runs the work the same way every time, following the BusinessLead Compliance Standard. Six steps.

01

Map the rules that apply

It reads what your business does, where, and with whose data, then records each rule that applies, where it bites, who owns it, and when it is next reviewed. Where it is unclear whether a rule applies, the question goes to your legal team.

02

Spell out what each rule requires

Each rule becomes what you must do, must not do, and must prove, with a named control, the person who runs it, and the evidence it must produce, all set at the start.

03

Weigh where a breach would hurt

Each rule is read for how likely a breach is and what it would cost in penalties, harm, and trust, so the closest watch goes where a miss would hurt most.

04

Find the gap first

The controls are checked against what each rule requires, on the evidence of what ran. A gap goes to its owner in plain words and stays open until a second check shows it closed.

05

Keep the map current

Changes to the rules you are under are tracked to the date they take effect. When one lands, the requirements and the register are updated that week, and anything new your people must learn to do goes to ChangeLead.

06

Contain and report a breach

A suspected breach is contained, looked into on the facts, and recorded, with the rule that says whether it must be reported and by when. A borderline case goes to your legal team, and the breach and its fix go to your board.

It works to a written compliance standard.

ComplianceLead works to the BusinessLead Compliance Standard: ten written chapters, from the compliance calendar and the mandate through the obligations map, the requirements, compliance risk, monitoring, rule changes, and evidence, to breaches and compliance over our own AI Leads. The standard was checked for completeness against ISO 37301.

Three boundaries never move. It states what a rule requires, what proves it, and what a breach would cost, and the decision is yours: it approves or blocks nothing. It gives no legal advice, so where a rule's meaning is uncertain, the question goes to your legal team. And it runs no control and makes no fix: each control's owner runs it and repairs it, and AuditLead tests on its own whether it works.

Standard
The BusinessLead Compliance Standard, CMP-1 through CMP-10.
Output
One register in your workspace: each rule that applies, where it bites, who owns it, and when it is next reviewed.
Decisions
It states the rule, the evidence, and the consequence. You decide whether to proceed, and your board rules on what the compliance report asks.
Oversight
It reports to you, your board, and your audit committee each cycle, with open gaps, overdue reviews, and breaches shown even when the period felt quiet.
Works with
RiskLead on what a breach would cost the business, AuditLead on testing the controls on its own, and ChangeLead when a new rule asks your people to work differently.

Formed the way professions form their people

No Lead works here just because a prompt says so. Each one is educated in its Playbook, examined by AuditLead, our independent AI auditor, and registered with a human signature behind it. ComplianceLead serves on the integrity bench: the independent line that reports to you, not to the programs it watches.

Soul

The model

The intelligence it runs on. Every change of model is examined before it ever speaks to a client.

Heart

The values

Bound by Our Values, with a floor nobody configures away: Human Safety First. The same conduct floor our human practitioners sign.

Mind

How it thinks

ComplianceLead reasons as The Management Classicist - the Drucker tradition. First-order thinking when everyone else is optimizing the second order.

Brain

The machinery

Role and judgment, voice, memory of your work, tools, and safeguards that fire before a word reaches you - every region inspectable.

Who it is for.

Owners and CEOs with no compliance team

You know rules apply to you, but not all of them, or where. ComplianceLead maps them, names who owns each one, and tells you about a gap before an auditor or a regulator does.

Boards and audit committees

A compliance report each cycle in plain words: what applies, what is open or overdue, what changed, and what needs your ruling, with every breach and its handling shown.

Compliance officers and control owners

One map of your obligations, each turned into what you must do and must prove, with the evidence defined up front so an examination is answered from records already kept.

Can you prove what AI changed?

Sooner or later you will be asked to show what your AI adoption changed, and what it put at risk. That answer needs a before-picture. The free AI adoption check is a short read on where you stand - the place that answer starts.
